Hi, I'm Howie!
Howie the Border Collie would like to welcome YSD families to the new Health and Wellness Education (HWE) Center! The center is located at 331 N. 1st Street in Yakima. The mission of HWE is to provide YSD families with health guidance and support needed for the educational success of students. Some of the resources HWE will offer include:
- Physical and mental health care
- Case management
- Disease Prevention
- Educational opportunities

🚐 The YVFWC Mobile Clinic will be parked outside in the parking lot.

8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
💉 Immunizations: $5.00
🏃 Sports Physicals: $10.00

✅ Parent/guardian-signed Consent and Health History forms are required.
📄 Forms will be provided upon arrival.
⏱️ Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
