  • Please be aware of and help us prepare for a measles outbreak

Measles is an airborne virus- precautions would include masking (and other COVID social distancing practices.) It is HIGHLY encouraged by DOH and CDC to prepare by identifying which students and staff are vaccinated or at risk. In case of an outbreak- quick access to this information (may) help keep buildings open.

  • Backpack Safety

Used correctly, backpacks can be a good way to carry all the books, supplies, and personal items needed for a child’s typical school day. However, backpacks that are too heavy or carried incorrectly can injure muscles or joints and contribute to back pain and other problems. Learn more here
