FACT
Welcome to the Facilities Advisory Committee Team (FACT)
The FACT Committee is dedicated to ensuring the future success of our district's facilities by addressing current and long-term needs. Our mission focuses on informed decision-making and collaboration to enhance our schools and support the community. Key areas of focus include:
- Reviewing the condition of district buildings and evaluating past recommendations from the Capital Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC).
- Examining essential data, including enrollment trends, fiscal challenges, school achievement outcomes, and current boundary configurations.
- Providing recommendations for critical projects, such as elementary school construction, potential consolidations, boundary adjustments, ADA-compliant playgrounds, and other community-focused improvements.
Through teamwork and shared vision, the FACT Committee strives to create sustainable solutions for our district's evolving needs.

A previous committee, called the Citizens' Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC), was established to review facilities and propose referendums to the superintendent. This year, the Facilities and Capacity Taskforce (FACT) was created to continue that work, with an expanded focus on reviewing enrollment trends in relation to building capacity. More information about the work of CFAC can be found here.
