REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Market Basket Main Vendor - June 8, 2026

The Yakima School District Child Nutrition department is seeking proposals for Market Basket Main Vendor.  Please see the full RFP document by clicking the link below. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope or package with “Child Nutrition Market Basket 04-2526” clearly written on the front of the envelope or package.  Proposals must be delivered to the district’s Central Services office located at 104 N 4th Avenue, Yakima, WA 98902 by 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.  A public bid opening will take place at 2:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026 at the Central Services office.

Purchasing - Small Works Roster Application

Pursuant to RCW 39.04.155, Yakima School District No. 7 accepts Small Works Applications any time throughout the year for responsible contractors that are interested in being added to the Districts Small Works Roster.

Please complete all 5 forms listed below. Return completed forms along with a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance (See Insurance section located in the Standard Terms and Conditions for Small works) to:
