Please complete all 5 forms listed below. Return completed forms along with a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance (See Insurance section located in the Standard Terms and Conditions for Small works) to:

The Yakima School District is seeking proposals from qualified professional architectural and engineering services firms and individuals for New School projects and Miscellaneous District Wide projects.

April 20, 2026

A tour of Garfield and Hoover Elementary schools will be held on April 23, 2026 from 10 am to 12 pm for architectural and engineering firms interested in submitting a proposal for this RFQ. The tour of Garfield Elementary located at 612 N 6 th Ave, Yakima, WA 98902 is scheduled from 10:00 – 10:50 am. The tour of Hoover Elementary located at 400 W Viola Ave, Yakima, WA 98902 is scheduled from 11:10 – 12:00 pm. The tours will be conducted by Kyle Soptich, Maintenance Director. Please meet outside the front doors of each school by the start times listed above. These will be the only tours provided prior to the RFQ deadline.

Please let us know the names of the individuals from your firm that will be attending the school tours by emailing that information to kirk.christi@ysd7.org by 4 pm on April 22, 2026.

Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope or package with “RFP 05-2526 Fresh Produce” clearly written on the front of the envelope or package. Proposals must be delivered to the district’s Central Services office located at 104 N 4th Avenue, Yakima, WA 98902 by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. A public bid opening will take place at 9:00 a.m. on July 27, 2026 at the Central Services office.
