Employee Assistance Program

Employees and household family members can access the Washington State Employee Assistance Program which is a program first created by the State Legislature in 1972 to promote the health, safety and well-being of state employees. EAP offers free support with a wide range of work and life issues including workplace concerns, interpersonal conflicts, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting concerns, stress management, legal and financial issues, addiction and recovery, and more. No problem is too big or too small.  Employees covered under this program can access these services for free.
