Summer 2020 Maintenance Projects

Barge-Lincoln Elementary – Replace 35 HVAC Roof Top Units. Estimated cost $420,000

Lewis and Clark Middle School – Replace 30 HVAC Rooftop Units. Estimated cost $360,000

Robertson Elementary – Water main replacement to the building is galvanized and appears to be original to the old building which was built in 1958. Estimated cost $275,000 *This is a DOE HazMat capped site. There is a restrictive covenant in place which would require special handling of the soils and the use of contractors certified to handle and recap the soils to meet DOE specifications. There are also a number of older buildings that were remodeled in 1996 but the 1957 galvanized lines into the building were left in place, which will require replacement.

Kumler Field Restrooms – Replace galvanized service lines and internal supply lines. Estimated cost $50,000

Zaepfel Stadium/Don Holder Track Restrooms – Old galvanized pipe in restrooms and partial main that is galvanized will also need to be replaced. Estimated cost $75,000

McKinley Elementary – Failed sewer line 20’ section replacement with Asphalt and Concrete R&R. Estimated cost $40,000

Transportation Building – Replace 2 HVAC rooftop units. Estimated cost $40,000
