Yakima Valley Middle Schools Virtual Art Exhibit 2020!
Posted by Michelle Fortier on 6/3/2020YSD Middle School 21st Annual Art Exhibit has gone VIRTUAL this year!
Online viewing of the show available now (link below)
Participating middle schools include: Wilson, Washington, Franklin, Discovery Lab, Lewis & Clark and Union Gap.
About the exhibit: Yakima Middle School Art Teachers collaborate throughout the year to host our spring show. While the schools are now closed due to COVID-19, we don't want our students to miss this special opportunity to showcase their talents! The exhibit originated at Washington Middle School in 1999 thanks to its founding director/teacher Leslie Pease. Our devoted team of art educators strive to enhance every student's creative potential and provide equal opportunity for each child. In celebration of our youth and vibrant community of artists, we thank you for your continued support of Yakima Schools and the Arts!
